On a recent Price of Business show, Host Kevin Price visited with budget filmmaker Matthew Wilson about his new comedy Danny Doom, the story of a young church intern who chases the girl of his dreams by masquerading as a mysterious rebel, premieres Friday, July 30th on Amazon Prime Video. Like his previous effort, The Pastor and the Pro, he wrote, directed, produced, and edited the film himself on a budget that a Hollywood production would spend to rent a parking lot. It was also filmed in the middle of the pandemic (July 2020), but with such a small number of people that it was able to stay within Covid guidelines.
