Meet Sal Shakir The Leading Real Estate Investor Who Sold His Condo At 18 Years

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Refugees and asylum seekers go through the untold torture of watching their home country fall into pieces. They undertake a journey full of multiple obstacles to get to another country. Once they get there, they face the task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

About one in three refugees experience depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The chronic exposure to interpersonal and community violence and the uncertainty of the future plus so many other challenges leave refugees battling with emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion. This was the experience that Sal Shakir went through as he and his family fled from persecutions in Iraq.

Sal Shakir is a self-made multimillionaire who was born and raised as a Catholic in Iraq. He came to America as a war refugee. At the time he knew little English and had to work odd jobs to make ends meet. He worked in dry cleaning after his zero hour school. He would also paint fences and assist in an AC tech. Thomas Edison said that many people miss opportunities because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. Sal did not want to miss any opportunity. Whatever job he got, he did it.

From Immigrant To Multi-Millionaire

It is mind-blowing to see how far Sal Shakir has come. He presently owns 26 businesses, including one of the leading real estate companies known as NationalCashOffer. He is also the co-Founder of Offerkey.com and All In One Entrepreneurs (All In One Nation).

Shakir has always been passionate about business. At the same time, he admits that his motivation was to provide a better life for his family. Shakir recalls how his father struggled when they came to the U.S. He states that they barely had enough money to cover their daily expenses.

Shakir served the U.S military for three-and-a-half years. Whenever he returned home, he would use his savings to buy cars at an auction. He would later sell the cars to other auctions and dealerships. Shakir’s first business venture was opening up a car dealership in 2013. Two and a half years later, he opened another car dealership. However, after some time, his passion for cars faded. Shakir took the risk and made the transition from a car dealership to real estate.

Building Towards Success

Sal is a serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, and so much more. He learned from an early age that the secret to success is discipline. This discipline is cultivated daily by making sure your habits lead you towards achieving your goals. Sal says that the journey towards becoming a multimillionaire starts with purpose. What is your soul purpose? Your purpose is connected to your vision and your passion. Once you make it clear what you want to achieve in life, you will work towards changing your habits so that you can accomplish your purpose.

Sal launched his second venture, NationalCashOffer, after selling his Condo that he had purchased when he was 18 years old. Buying a condo is not something that you wake up and decide to do. Most people retire without having owned one, let alone rent one. Yet, Sal owned a Condo as a youth.

National Cash offer is a real estate investment company located in Phoenix, Arizona. The company is the only real estate investment company that offers transparent pricing. Since its establishment, National Cash Offer has sold over 60,000 houses.

The All in One Nation is Sal’s way of helping others become a success. This organization is a community of entrepreneurs who share their experiences and knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs. Sal understands that many people want to take the next in life. Most of us want to achieve financial freedom and become multimillionaires. Sal believes that with the right mindset, knowledge, and support group, you can achieve this dream. This support group is what All In One Nation is all about.

Sal is proof that your past does not determine your future. The transition from an immigrant to a multimillionaire who owns 29 businesses is proof that you can accomplish much when you set your heart to it.
