Ms. Collard has served on multiple boards in various capacities, including chairing the National Baldrige Foundation Board of Directors and the California Council for Excellence. Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in organization development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University. She is an ICF member and ICF certified coach (PCC), a certified professional coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an experienced public speaker, podcaster, and a published author.
