Rev. Dr. Mary Mitchell

I’m Rev. Dr. Mary Mitchell, a retired corporate manager, now helping prisoners adjust to life behind bars. I’ve taught the creative process of how our mind works for over thirty years. A prisoner I correspond with recently spent a year in the hole. His tips on how he did it without going crazy are what I’ll share with you.
