Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX) is Chairman of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee and one of the principal architects behind the massive tax reform that Congress passed. It is no surprise that he has been excited about its passage and the fact that is already improving the lives of Texans and the businesses in the state.
Everyone has known the IRS needed to be reformed from top to bottom.
